FOR SMALL BUSINESS · INSURANCE BROKERS

AI training for Australian insurance brokers.

Insurance broking involves a lot of comparison, synthesis, and client communication work that is time-consuming, repetitive, and often undervalued. AI tools can dramatically accelerate policy comparison summaries, renewal review letters, and claim correspondence while keeping the broker in control of the advice.

What AI looks like in Insurance Brokers

The compliance context matters here too. We build our training around what's appropriate under the Corporations Act and your AFSL conditions: AI as a drafting and research tool, not as a replacement for broker judgment.

Brokerages that have trained with us typically find the biggest gains in renewal season, when the volume of client communication spikes and the quality tends to suffer. AI helps maintain quality at scale.

Where AI helps in your practice

Policy comparison summaries

Synthesise multiple policy documents into a clear comparison matrix and client-ready summary that supports the advice conversation.

Claim correspondence

Draft initial claim notifications, follow-up letters, and client updates that are clear, accurate, and appropriate in tone for a stressful situation.

Renewal reviews

Generate personalised renewal review letters that reference the client's specific coverage, any market changes, and your recommendations.

Internal training

Use AI to develop and update internal training materials, keeping your team current on product changes and market developments without consuming senior broker time.

Common questions

How much does AI training for insurance brokers cost?+
Our half-day workshops start from $5,000 for a team of up to 25 people — that works out to under $200 per person. For smaller teams or individuals, we also run public cohort sessions with single seats available from $695. Custom programs for larger teams start from $25,000.
Is AI training relevant for my specific practice size?+
Our training is designed for practices of all sizes — from sole traders to teams of 50. The workshops and programs are hands-on and use real examples from your industry, so the learning is immediately applicable regardless of practice size.
Do we need any technical background to participate?+
No. Our AI Fluency training is designed for business users, not technologists. Participants need to be comfortable using a web browser and email — that's all. We start from first principles and build from there.
Can training be delivered online or does it need to be in person?+
Both options are available. Our virtual workshops use Zoom or Teams and are fully interactive. Onsite delivery is available across Australia and internationally. Most teams get slightly better results from onsite sessions, but virtual is a strong second option for distributed teams.
