When focused training is enough
A focused training session works best when you have a defined team, a specific tool, and an outcome you can measure within a week. Our training is delivered to real teams doing real work, not simulated exercises. Participants leave with skills they can use the next morning, plus custom prompts and workflows built during the session for their specific role.
It is not a substitute for a full custom program, but for the right situation, it is faster and more effective. If your team needs something broader, our custom programs build capability across a whole organisation instead of one cohort.

Which AI workshop should we start with?
Start with the workshop that matches the tool your team already has licences for, which for most Australian organisations is Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. If your team is new to AI generally, begin at the fluency level rather than jumping to agents, because building agent skills on top of a fluency gap automates the gap. If you are unsure, the discovery call maps where your team actually is.
Should we book one level or the full pathway?
Book a single level when your team has one specific gap to close, and the full pathway when you want capability built in sequence from fluency through to automation. Each level is a standalone half-day of around four hours, and most teams leave a few weeks between levels to put the last one to work. We confirm the right starting point during discovery.
How many people can attend one workshop?
There is no headcount limit. One session fee covers the room, whether that is 10 people or 500. What changes with group size is the format: larger groups shift toward demonstration and guided practice rather than individual hands-on exercises.
How much do your AI workshops cost?
Workshops start at $5,000 + GST per cohort, and Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT and AI Scam and Deepfake Awareness are all priced the same. All prices are per cohort, not per person, so group size does not change the fee. Travel for onsite delivery is billed at cost.
Can we combine workshops into a pathway?
Yes. The Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT workshops each run as a three-level pathway at $13,500 + GST for all three levels, which is less than booking them separately. Other workshops can be sequenced too. The saving comes from us already knowing your workflows and people by the second and third session, so more of each session builds on the last.
How far ahead do we need to book?
Most workshops are booked three to four weeks ahead, which allows time for the discovery call and for us to build the session around your team's real work. We can move faster when needed. Discovery is a build step rather than a sales call, and it is what makes the prompt library you keep reflect your workflows rather than our examples.
