InOne Projects brings its team up to speed on AI
Robert Nati wanted his team working from the same starting point, not picking up AI tool by tool on their own. Better People ran a single practical session that gave everyone at InOne Projects that starting point, and a way to keep building on it together.

NZVA gives 80+ members a professional framework for using AI safely
The New Zealand Veterinary Association asked its members how they were really using AI, then commissioned a live session built directly on what came back. Members left with a way of working they could apply the next morning, and NZVA kept the recording as an ongoing resource for the profession.

How much does custom AI training cost in Australia?
Custom AI training with Better People starts at around $17,000 for a one-day program, covering both design and delivery. We price per cohort rather than per person, so a session fee covers the room whether you bring 15 people or 150. Half-day and full-day workshops on specific tools start at $5,000, and time-boxed AI implementation sprints start at $15,000.
How long does an AI training program take?
Most engagements run between half a day and twelve weeks, depending on what you need. A focused tool workshop is a half or full day. A custom program typically runs across several sessions over a few weeks. Implementation sprints are fixed at three, eight or twelve weeks.
Do you deliver training onsite or online?
Both. We are based in Australia and deliver onsite globally, or live online for distributed teams. The curriculum and the hands-on approach are the same either way. Onsite tends to work better for hands-on sessions and for the later stages of an implementation sprint.
What size teams do you work with?
We work with teams from around 10 people up to organisations rolling out AI across thousands of staff. Because we price per cohort rather than per seat, group size does not change the fee. What changes with a larger group is the format, which shifts toward demonstration and guided practice rather than individual exercises.
What makes custom training different from an off-the-shelf course?
Custom training is built around your tools, your industry and your team's actual starting point, so the examples and exercises come from work your people recognise. Off-the-shelf courses teach the tool in the abstract, which is why capability often does not transfer back to the job. Everything we build for you is also yours to keep and reuse.
