AI IMPLEMENTATION

From AI training to AI working.

Most AI initiatives stall after workshops. Our implementation sprints take you from “we should probably use AI” to “this workflow now runs on AI.”

Three sprint formats. Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline.

Why most AI projects don't ship

A leader champions AI. A demo generates excitement. A pilot team gets access. Workshops happen. Then the quarter ends, priorities shift, and nothing in the business actually changes.

This is a delivery problem, not a tooling problem. The gap between “we trained on this” and “this is how we work now” requires workflow redesign, measurement, and sustained internal champions, not more workshops.

Our sprints are built around that gap. We don't just train people to use AI. We change how a specific workflow operates, measure the result, and leave the team with the capability to sustain it.

Three sprint formats

01

AI Readiness Sprint

3 weeks · From $15,000 · Diagnostic and roadmap

We interview your stakeholders, map 3-5 candidate AI workflows, and produce a prioritised 12-month roadmap. You know exactly what to pilot, why, and what it'll cost, before committing to anything larger.

Best for: Organisations at the start of their AI journey, or those who've had failed pilots and need to reset.

02

AI Pilot Sprint

8 weeks · From $45,000 · One workflow, working in production

We take the highest-value workflow and deploy it. Baseline measurement, redesign, build, training, and handover, all in 8 weeks.

Best for: Teams who know what they want to pilot and are ready to commit to seeing it through.

03

AI Adoption Sprint

12 weeks · From $85,000 · Scaled rollout across the org

From successful pilot to org-wide adoption. We extend the workflow, train across teams, build the governance framework, and develop internal champions so the capability stays when we leave.

Best for: Organisations with a proven pilot ready to scale, and the leadership buy-in to do it properly.

What every sprint has in common

  • Fixed scope, fixed fee. No scope creep, no surprises
  • Baseline measurement before we start and results measurement at the end
  • Internal champion development included in every sprint
  • Working artefacts, not slide decks. You own everything we build
  • Clear handover documentation so the capability stays when we leave

Common questions

Do we have to do all three sprints?+
No. Each sprint is self-contained. Most clients start with the Readiness Sprint to validate their priorities before committing to the Pilot Sprint. But if you already know what you want to pilot, we can go straight to Sprint 2.
What if the pilot doesn't work?+
Then we tell you why, and we tell you what a better-suited workflow would be. The readiness sprint is specifically designed to reduce this risk. We only pilot workflows that meet our readiness criteria. But if a pilot doesn't perform, you still have the measurement data and the learnings, which are genuinely valuable.
Do you build the AI, or just train people to use it?+
Both. Implementation sprints involve workflow redesign, tooling selection, configuration, integration, and training. We're not just running workshops. We're changing how the work gets done.
Are these delivered remotely or onsite?+
Both options are available. Discovery, workshop, and check-in sessions are often virtual. Delivery and hands-on sessions work best onsite, particularly for the Adoption Sprint. We're based in Sydney and travel globally.
What's the difference between a custom program and an implementation sprint?+
A custom program builds capability in your team. They learn to do something. An implementation sprint changes a workflow. Something in the business actually works differently at the end. The best engagements involve both, which is why Adoption Sprints include training as a component.
