Common questions
Do we have to do all three sprints?
No. Each sprint is self-contained and can be booked on its own. Most clients start with the Readiness Sprint to validate priorities before committing to a Pilot, but if you already know what you want to pilot we can start at Sprint 2.
What happens if the pilot does not work?
You still get the measurement data and the learnings, and we tell you why it did not work and what a better-suited workflow would look like. The Readiness Sprint is specifically designed to reduce this risk, and we only pilot workflows that meet our readiness criteria.
Do you build the AI, or only train people to use it?
Both. Implementation sprints involve workflow redesign, tooling selection, configuration, integration and training. We are changing how the work gets done, not running workshops about it.
Are sprints delivered onsite or remotely?
Both, and most engagements mix the two. Discovery, workshops and check-ins are often virtual, while delivery and hands-on sessions work better onsite, particularly for the Adoption Sprint. We are based in Australia and travel globally.
What is the difference between a custom program and an implementation sprint?
A custom program builds capability in your team, so your people learn to do something. An implementation sprint changes a workflow, so something in the business works differently at the end. The strongest engagements involve both, which is why Adoption Sprints include training as a component.
How much does an AI implementation sprint cost?
Sprints are fixed price: $15,000 for the three-week Readiness Sprint, $45,000 for the eight-week Pilot Sprint, and $85,000 for the twelve-week Adoption Sprint. Each has fixed scope and a fixed timeline, so there is no scope creep and no variable billing. Travel for onsite delivery is quoted separately at cost.
How do you measure whether an AI implementation has worked?
We take a baseline measurement of the target workflow before the sprint begins and measure the same workflow again at the end, so the result is a comparison against your own starting point rather than an industry benchmark. The measurement framework stays with you, which means you can keep tracking the workflow after we leave.
What do we need in place before starting an implementation sprint?
You need an identified workflow, an executive sponsor, and access to the people who do the work today. You do not need a finished AI strategy or a chosen toolset, because the Readiness Sprint exists to establish those. If licences or data access are required for a pilot, we confirm what is needed during scoping.
