What's in a custom program

Everything we build is yours.
All curriculum, materials, recordings, and assessments created during your program are owned by you. We issue you a licence to repurpose it for internal use and we can be engaged to update the content in the future.
How we price custom programs
Design fee
$400 per development hour
Covers discovery, curriculum design, and materials.
Delivery fee
$5,000 per trainer day
Travel and accommodation for international delivery quoted separately at cost.
Worked example
A 1-day custom workshop
That fee covers the room, whether you put 15 people in it or 150. No per-seat charge, no headcount cap. For a team of 50, that works out to $340 per person, versus up to $1,000 per person for a generic off-the-shelf course that wasn't built for your industry, your tools, or your team.
Note: highly technical workshops (AI engineering, data science, advanced modelling) may carry a recommended group size for effective learning. Large training groups may also require a teaching assistant. We'll flag this during scoping.
