How much does a custom AI training program cost?
A custom training program starts at $5,000, covering both curriculum design and delivery. Pricing is per cohort rather than per seat, so the fee covers the room whether you bring 15 people or 150. Travel and accommodation for international delivery are quoted separately at cost. We confirm the figure with you during discovery, because it depends on how much design your program needs.
How do you price custom training programs?
Every program is quoted on scope, starting at $5,000. There is no per-seat charge and no headcount cap, so the same fee covers 15 people or 150. For a team of 50 that works out to around $100 per person, against up to $1,000 per person for a generic off-the-shelf course that was not built for your industry or your tools. We agree the figure in discovery, before anything is committed.
How long does it take to design and deliver a custom program?
Most custom programs run four to eight weeks from discovery to delivery, depending on scope and how quickly stakeholders are available. Discovery and design take the bulk of that time. Delivery is then scheduled to suit your team, and larger programs are usually split across several sessions.
Who owns the curriculum and materials?
You do. All curriculum, materials, recordings and assessments created during your program are owned by you. We issue you a licence to repurpose them for internal use, and we can be engaged later to update the content as your tools or team change.
What is the difference between a custom program and a workshop?
A workshop is a productised half-day session on a specific tool, starting at $5,000. A custom program is built from scratch around your stack, your sector and your team's starting point, and typically spans multiple sessions. Choose a workshop when you have a defined team, a specific tool and a short timeframe. Choose a custom program when generic content has not transferred, or when you are rolling out across multiple roles.
What team size are custom programs designed for?
Custom programs work best for teams of 25 to 250 or more, where you need consistent uplift across different roles. Because pricing is per cohort, larger groups do not increase the fee. For organisations with genuinely different workflows across business units, we usually recommend separate cohorts rather than one large session.
Can you train our team on our own internal tools and systems?
Yes. We work with your in-house experts to capture internal knowledge and processes, then build training that disseminates it consistently across the organisation. This is often the most valuable part of a custom program, because the knowledge already exists in your business but sits with a handful of people.
What if we only need the curriculum, not the delivery?
We build courses for your own team to deliver, including facilitator scripts, participant materials, working labs and assessment. That sits under Course Development rather than Custom Programs, and includes optional trainer certification so your facilitators can run it without us in the room.
