FOR SMALL BUSINESS · REAL ESTATE AGENTS

AI training for Australian real estate agencies and agents.

Real estate agents produce an enormous volume of written content every week: listing descriptions, CMA narratives, buyer emails, vendor updates, and social media posts. AI can produce the first draft of almost all of it in seconds, leaving agents to refine rather than create from scratch.

What AI looks like in Real Estate Agents

The agents who get the most from AI aren't the ones who use it for everything. They're the ones who've figured out exactly which tasks it handles well and built it into their daily workflow. Our training is built around those specific tasks, not a general introduction to AI tools.

We work with agencies across Australia, from boutique independents to national franchise networks. The workflows differ; the time savings are consistent.

Where AI helps in your practice

Listing description writing

Generate compelling, on-brand property descriptions from a short brief. Maintain your agency voice across every listing regardless of who's writing it.

CMA narrative generation

Turn comparative market analysis data into a clear narrative that supports the price conversation with vendors.

Lead qualification

Use AI to draft first-response communications, qualify inbound enquiries, and prioritise follow-up so no lead goes cold.

Social media content

Generate a week's worth of social posts from a single property campaign or market update, in a consistent voice across platforms.

Common questions

How much does AI training for real estate agents cost?+
Our half-day workshops start from $5,000 for a team of up to 25 people — that works out to under $200 per person. For smaller teams or individuals, we also run public cohort sessions with single seats available from $695. Custom programs for larger teams start from $25,000.
Is AI training relevant for my specific practice size?+
Our training is designed for practices of all sizes — from sole traders to teams of 50. The workshops and programs are hands-on and use real examples from your industry, so the learning is immediately applicable regardless of practice size.
Do we need any technical background to participate?+
No. Our AI Fluency training is designed for business users, not technologists. Participants need to be comfortable using a web browser and email — that's all. We start from first principles and build from there.
Can training be delivered online or does it need to be in person?+
Both options are available. Our virtual workshops use Zoom or Teams and are fully interactive. Onsite delivery is available across Australia and internationally. Most teams get slightly better results from onsite sessions, but virtual is a strong second option for distributed teams.
