Who this is for
Most organisations do not introduce ChatGPT. They discover it is already in use, on personal accounts, with work data going in. This training is for the step after that discovery: moving people into a Business or Enterprise workspace and making sure they use it well once they are there.
Typical buyers are heads of People and Culture, L and D leads, IT and digital leaders, and operations managers. ChatGPT suits teams that want one broad tool for analysis, research, drafting and images, and teams outside the Microsoft and Google ecosystems.

Most people use ChatGPT as a chat box and never reach the features that do the heavy lifting. These are the ones we build the practice around, and what we do with each in the room.
Data analysis you can check
Upload a spreadsheet or an export and ChatGPT runs the analysis, builds the chart and shows the working behind it. It is where many finance, operations and reporting teams find their first real win.
In the room: We work a real, cleaned dataset from your team, then check the numbers ChatGPT produced against the source.
Deep research with sources
Deep research works through a multi-step question, reads across many sources and returns a report with citations. It suits market scans, policy background and supplier research, and it is only as good as the person who checks the citations.
In the room: We run one research question your team actually has, then open three of its sources to see whether they say what the report claims.
Company knowledge and connectors
On Business and Enterprise, company knowledge lets ChatGPT answer from connected apps such as SharePoint, Google Drive and Slack, with citations back to the original files. Admins decide which apps are connected.
In the room: We show what changes when ChatGPT can see your files, and how to read and follow its citations.
Custom GPTs and workspace agents
Custom GPTs package instructions and files for a task your team repeats. OpenAI is moving business workspaces to workspace agents, which are shared, can run on a schedule and can work in tools such as Slack.
In the room: We teach the skill that carries across both: specifying a repeatable task well. Level 2 builds a GPT; Level 3 covers workspace agents where you have them.
ChatGPT inside Microsoft Office
ChatGPT add-ins for Excel and PowerPoint let people build models, run scenarios in a spreadsheet or draft a deck without leaving the file.
In the room: Covered only where your organisation has approved the add-ins, which we confirm in discovery.
Agent mode and scheduled tasks
Agent mode lets ChatGPT work through a multi-step task in its own browser, asking before it takes consequential actions. A finished task can be set to repeat daily, weekly or monthly.
In the room: Level 3 only, with approval points and usage limits spelled out before anyone sets a task to repeat.

The training levels
Each level is a standalone half-day. Most teams run them in sequence, with time in between to put the last one to work. The content is set in discovery around the work your cohort actually does.
Level 1: AI Fluency with ChatGPT
A shared foundation for a mixed room: how AI works, why it gets things wrong, what is safe to put into it, and the judgment to review what comes out. The thinking is tool-agnostic and holds whatever tool your people open next. The practice is in ChatGPT, on your real work.

Level 2: Practical AI with ChatGPT
Out of the chat box and into the way work gets done in ChatGPT. Projects that keep a piece of work together, data analysis on real spreadsheets, deep research with the citations checked, and Custom GPTs that package a task your team repeats.

Level 3: Automations and Agents with ChatGPT
Level 2 makes one person faster at one task. Level 3 hands tasks to ChatGPT: agent mode for multi-step work, scheduled tasks for work that repeats, and workspace agents that a whole team shares. Most ideas that arrive as "let's build an agent" turn out to be a GPT or a Project, and sorting that out early is where the value is.

We would not recommend starting at Level 3, the level most organisations currently pick and the reason their AI programs stall. Building on a gap automates the gap.
What to settle before you roll ChatGPT out
Four decisions that are specific to ChatGPT. We work through them with you in discovery, because the answers change what we teach.
Move work off personal accounts.
Most organisations find ChatGPT already in use on personal Free and Plus accounts. On Business and Enterprise, OpenAI states that it does not train on your business data by default, and admins control the workspace. We help you set the rule for personal accounts before the session, so the room is not taught one thing and told another.
Check residency if it matters.
At the time of writing, ChatGPT Enterprise lists Australia among the regions where stored content can be kept. It is set up for eligible workspaces rather than switched on by default, so confirm the details for the plan you would buy.
Decide which apps company knowledge can reach.
Connectors are enabled by admins, and whatever is connected defines what ChatGPT can search and cite. We match the session to your configuration rather than to the full feature list.
Plan for GPTs becoming workspace agents.
OpenAI has said custom GPTs in business workspaces will move to workspace agents at a date not yet set. Keep GPT instructions somewhere you own, and remember that agent runs, including scheduled ones, count against usage limits.

Why fluency comes first
You cannot build on judgment your people do not have.
Skip fluency and you scale mistakes, not capability. With ChatGPT the risk is sharper, because the habits most people bring were formed on personal accounts. A team that does not know why AI gets things wrong will not check it, and a team that does not understand what ChatGPT can see through company knowledge will put data where it should not go. The licences are already paid for; fluency is what makes them earn their keep.

What is ChatGPT training?
ChatGPT training teaches teams to use OpenAI's ChatGPT for their day-to-day work. Our program runs as three half-day levels: AI fluency, practical use across Projects, data analysis, deep research and Custom GPTs, and automation with agent mode, scheduled tasks and workspace agents. Each session is built around your team's real workflows rather than generic examples.
How long does ChatGPT training take?
Each level is a half-day, around four hours. Teams can take one level or run all three as a pathway, usually with a few weeks between sessions to put each one to work.
How much does ChatGPT training cost in Australia?
Pricing starts at $5,000 + GST for one cohort at one level, $9,500 for two levels, and $13,500 for the full three-level pathway. We price the cohort, not the person. No headcount limit. For groups above 30, we recommend a teaching assistant in the room.
Do we need ChatGPT licences before the training?
Yes, for the hands-on work. For work data we recommend Business or Enterprise rather than Plus, because those are the plans where your organisation controls the workspace and OpenAI does not train on business data by default. We confirm what your organisation has enabled during discovery.
Which level should we start at?
Most organisations should start at Level 1, including many who think they should not. Daily use is not the same as competent use. If your people can already explain why AI hallucinates, what ChatGPT can and cannot see, and where the guardrails sit, we start at Level 2.
Do you deliver ChatGPT training onsite in Australia?
Yes. We are based in Australia and deliver onsite globally, or live online for distributed teams. The curriculum and the hands-on approach are the same either way.
Our staff already use ChatGPT on personal accounts. Where do we start?
With the policy, then the training. Decide which workspace work belongs in and what happens to personal accounts, then run Level 1 so people understand the reasons rather than just the rule. Training on top of an unresolved policy teaches habits you will later have to undo.
Can ChatGPT connect to our company data?
On Business and Enterprise plans, yes. Company knowledge lets ChatGPT answer from connected apps such as SharePoint, Google Drive and Slack, with citations back to the original files. Which connectors we cover depends on what your organisation has enabled, confirmed during discovery.
Does ChatGPT keep our data in Australia?

Are Custom GPTs going away?

We already use Copilot, Gemini or Claude. Does ChatGPT replace them?
Usually not. Most organisations end up running more than one AI tool, and the useful question is which tool suits which work. ChatGPT usually earns its place on research, analysis and breadth. We cover that in discovery rather than assuming you are switching.
Can you train our whole organisation?
Yes. Where teams have genuinely different workflows, each becomes its own cohort, because that is what lets us build around their actual work. One broad session for everyone is cheaper. Several tailored ones are what actually transfer.
