Yes. Sessions run on your own workspace and catalog structure, with masked or synthetic data wherever the Data Privacy Act or your policy rules out real personal data.
Can you train a team that works on a parent company's or client's Databricks workspace?
Yes. We plan the sessions around the access your team has, and where useful we arrange a training environment with whoever owns the workspace.
Do you offer Databricks certification training in the Philippines?
Yes. We run 2-hour live online Databricks Cert Prep courses that anyone in the Philippines can book, and we build exam preparation into custom programs for teams. The exam itself is booked and sat with Databricks, and our material is not official courseware.
Where in the Philippines do you deliver Databricks training onsite?
Onsite sessions run in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao and elsewhere in the Philippines, at your offices, with travel quoted at cost. Live online sessions reach teams anywhere in the Philippines.
What hours do live online Databricks sessions run for teams in the Philippines?
Manila runs on UTC+8 and does not use daylight saving. Against Sydney that is a two-hour gap in the southern winter and three hours in summer, and no gap at all with Perth. A 9am session in Manila is 11am or 12pm in Sydney, and sessions are scheduled with your group.
When should teams in the Philippines avoid scheduling Databricks sessions?
Most Philippine teams avoid Holy Week in March or April, when Maundy Thursday and Good Friday are public holidays, and the long Christmas season, and plan around Independence Day (12 June) and National Heroes Day on the last Monday of August. All Saints' Day on 1 November also sends many people to the provinces. We fix cohort dates with your team at scoping, leaving out whichever weeks you tell us.
