Can sessions be built on our own Databricks data?
Yes. Sessions run on your own workspace and catalog structure, with masked or synthetic data wherever Thailand's PDPA or your policy rules out real personal data.
Do you offer Databricks certification training in Thailand?
Yes, as preparation. Join a 2-hour live online Databricks Cert Prep course from Thailand, or have exam preparation built into a custom program for your team. Exams are sat with Databricks, and nothing we provide is official courseware.
Where in Thailand do you deliver Databricks training onsite?
Onsite sessions run in Bangkok and Chiang Mai and elsewhere in Thailand, at your offices, with travel quoted at cost. Live online sessions reach teams anywhere in Thailand.
Can Databricks training be delivered in Thai?
Not at the moment. Sessions are delivered in English, which is also the language of the Databricks platform, its documentation and its exams, and we would rather say so than promise Thai delivery. Thai names and values in your own tables work fine in the labs.
What hours do live online Databricks sessions run for teams in Thailand?
Thailand is on UTC+7 all year, with no daylight saving, the same clock as Vietnam and western Indonesia. Sydney is three hours ahead in winter and four hours ahead in summer, so 9am in Bangkok is 12pm or 1pm in Sydney. Sessions are scheduled with your group.
When should teams in Thailand avoid scheduling Databricks sessions?
Most Thai teams avoid Songkran, the Thai New Year break around 13 to 15 April that many offices extend, and plan around the year-end holidays and Chinese New Year, which some teams also observe. Buddhist holidays such as Makha Bucha, Visakha Bucha and Asalha Bucha follow the lunar calendar and move each year. Dates are set together at scoping, so mention any weeks your team is away.
