Onsite sessions run in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam and elsewhere in Saudi Arabia, at your offices, with travel quoted at cost. Live online sessions reach teams anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
Can Databricks training be delivered in Arabic?
Not at the moment. Sessions are in English, the language of the platform and its exams, and we will not promise Arabic delivery we cannot give. Arabic names and values in your own tables work fine in the labs.
What hours do live online Databricks sessions run for teams in Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia is on UTC+3 all year, with no daylight saving, and the working week runs Sunday to Thursday with the weekend on Friday and Saturday. A 9am start in Riyadh is 2pm in Perth, and 4pm or 5pm in Sydney depending on the season. Sessions are scheduled with your group.
When should teams in Saudi Arabia avoid scheduling Databricks sessions?
Most Saudi teams avoid Ramadan, when working hours are shortened, and the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha breaks, which move each year with the moon. Founding Day (22 February) and National Day (23 September) are also public holidays. We confirm dates close to the time rather than fixing them far ahead, and plan cohorts around the weeks you tell us to avoid.
