Microsoft Copilot for Teams.
Hands-on training across the Microsoft 365 Copilot suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneNote), built around real tasks from your team's daily work.
Who this is for
Teams already paying for Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses and not getting the productivity return they expected. Typical buyers are heads of L&D, IT directors, or operations leads at organisations with 50-5,000 staff.
This isn't a generic “intro to AI” session. We assume your team has Copilot deployed and we focus on the workflows that matter to your business.
What your team will be able to do
- ✓
Use Copilot fluently across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote for the tasks they actually do each week
- ✓
Apply our GCSE prompting framework (Goal, Context, Source, Expectation) to get reliable, high-quality outputs the first time
- ✓
Recognise where Copilot adds value and where it doesn't, so they stop wasting time on the wrong use cases
- ✓
Work safely with company data, understanding what Copilot can and can't see across the Microsoft Graph
- ✓
Build a personal library of reusable prompts tied to their role

No headcount limits
One session fee covers the room, whether that's 10 people or 500. What changes with group size is the hands-on format: larger groups shift toward demonstration and guided practice rather than individual exercises. Either way, the content is tailored to your team's actual use cases.
For organisations with diverse teams, we often recommend running separate sessions by business unit rather than one large all-hands. Sales and marketing, for example, have very different Copilot use cases to finance and legal. Splitting the cohort means every example, prompt, and exercise is directly relevant to the people in the room.
