Google Gemini for Workspace.
Hands-on training in Google Workspace AI (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Meet), with a focus on the tasks your team actually does.
Who this is for
Organisations running Google Workspace with Gemini enabled (Business, Enterprise, or Gemini Enterprise tier) who want their team to actually use it. Typical buyers are heads of People & Culture, IT, or operations leads.
If you've rolled out Gemini and seen lukewarm adoption, this workshop fixes that. We focus on the practical applications across Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Meet that drive real productivity.
We trained 500+ staff at SafetyCulture on Gemini in a single week and saw AI tool usage rise 60%.

Module 1: How Gemini works inside Workspace
Grounding in Google Drive, the difference between Gemini in the side panel vs. inside apps, and why context is everything.
Module 2: The GCSE prompting framework
Goal, Context, Source, Expectation. Live exercises turning weak prompts into outputs your team would actually use.
Module 3: Gemini across Workspace
Hands-on tasks in Docs (drafting, rewriting, summarising), Sheets (formulas, analysis, "Help me organise"), Slides ("Help me visualise"), Gmail (smart compose and reply), and Meet (note-taking, transcript Q&A).
Module 4: Data, security, and trust
What Gemini can and cannot see across your Workspace, sharing settings, and building team guardrails for sensitive data.
Module 5: Build your prompt library
Each participant leaves with 8-12 prompts mapped to their role and a personal Gem they've built.

No headcount limits
One session fee covers the room, whether that's 10 people or 500. What changes with group size is the hands-on format: larger groups shift toward demonstration and guided practice rather than individual exercises. Either way, the content is tailored to your team's actual use cases.
For organisations with diverse teams, we often recommend running separate sessions by business unit rather than one large all-hands. Different teams have very different Gemini use cases, so splitting the cohort means every example, prompt, and exercise is directly relevant to the people in the room.
Delivery: In-person or live online
